DMCA Compliance Policy for Slavestube.com

3. Response to DMCA Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, our designated DMCA Agent will take the following actions:
a. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
b. Forward the written notification to the alleged infringer (i.e., the user who posted the content);
c. Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that the material has been removed or disabled.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated DMCA Agent, which must include the following:
a. Your physical or electronic signature;
b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
c. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
e. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
5. Resolution Process
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, our designated DMCA Agent will:
a. Provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification;
b. Inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days;
c. Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material no less than ten (10) nor more than fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated DMCA Agent first receives notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Website.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Slavestube.com will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to material that infringes or is alleged to infringe upon copyrights or other intellectual property rights, regardless of whether we receive a valid DMCA notice.
7. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
